Back in January of 2015, we first featured the NYC-based rockers Dizzy Bats and their LP, Girls. Since then, the band comprised of Connor Frost (vocals, guitars, trumpets), Dave Ma (vocals, bass), Jared Sochinsky (guitars) and Derek Swink (drums) released an EP, Until We Die, with plans for another short player now coming into view.

On September 19th, Dizzy Bats will drop the I Don’t Live Here Anymore EP produced by Jon Markson of SUCH GOLD, and featuring album art by Liam Frost. Speak Into My Good Eye is happy to host the exclusive premiere of the EP’s latest single, “I’m Listening,” today.

Written and arranged around the US Presidential Election, the pop-punk banger is a cathartic ride as Dizzy Bats bring great harmonies and ripping guitars to the track.

“‘I’m Listening’ tells the story of a friend or partner struggling with depression and anxiety, conveyed through my own lens,” shares Frost. “I’ve learned that simply lending an ear can be the most valuable and effective way you can be there for someone.”
