I am prepping for a show at the Arts Center tonight, but I wanted to drop you a note on tonight’s Summer Stage show at The Stone Pony. Bluesy, feel good Jam rockers, Gov’t Mule are set to release a two part, Live music and film CD set filmed and recorded at The Capitol Theater. Asbury’s own Danny Clinch directed and photographed the party, it is only natural that there is a post event signing of merch by the band and sneak peak showing of the film tonight at his gallery which is just down the street from The Pony. The LP is available now and will be followed up with the DVD release on July 19.  A few more details from the press release:

Bring On The Music – Live at The Capitol Theatre, directed by renowned music photographer and director Danny Clinch in a 9-camera shoot, was captured during two special nights at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY, on April 27th and 28th, 2018 and showcases the band’s jam-packed live spectacle and master musicianship through a cinematic lens that is sure to thrill fans. The deluxe release features more than 5 hours of live music including a full-length concert film, interviews with the band, behind-the-scenes footage, photos shot by Danny Clinch over the years, and more. This is the first time that Gov’t Mule’s updated stage set and production have been filmed, bringing the excitement and spectacle of a Gov’t Mule show directly into fans’ homes.
