Grand Cousin

As summer approaches, everyone is building their perfect summer playlist to blast driving with the windows down. “Oxygen” by Grand Cousin is the perfect addition to your growing playlist with their surf rock-y sound with repetitive play value for days with their mature, Beach Boys-esque concept. The three college students from Middletown, Connecticut know how to build a sound that can put anyone in a good mood.

Oxygen is the first track of Grand Cousin’s EP “Oxygen” which is due for release in summer 2014. With tracks like “Wring Your Hands” and “How I Care”, you’ll be set with songs to soak up some sun with for days to come. With comparable styles of the indie pop and alternative rock mash up, fans of A Great Big Pile of Leaves and Young the Giant will find this single creeping into your most played songs.
