JMRiver City Extension frontman Joe Michelini has announced an intimate evening of music at the Berkeley Carteret Hotel’s Dauphin Grille, a.k.a. The Berkeley Bar, on January 25th where the artist will be joined by fellow Toms River-native, and Philadelphia honed, singer/songwriter Bootsy Spankins, P.I.

Michelini and River City Extension recently saw its sophomore LP Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Your Anger clock in at No. 4 on SIMGE’s Top 50 Albums of 2012 list while Spankins’ 2012 collection of charming Pop concoctions with a comedic backbone, including such titles as “Hot Italian Wife” and “Hair Of A Politician”, can be streamed below.

Said Spankins of the event: “I’ll be performing new original material. Joe will follow with a set of his own. It is bound to be a very fun night.”

We couldn’t agree more.  Music will start at 10 p.m. and no cover charge will be collected at the door…don’t miss it.
