Sunflower Bean

Brooklyn dark-psych rockers Sunflower Bean, who came to prominence as one of the harder gigging bands in NYC, are ready to take the next leap in early 2016. The details of their debut LP, on of the more hotly anticipated in recent memory, have now been shared with Human Ceremony officially on its way via Fat Possum out February 5th.

The eleven track effort was written in the same space where the band initially got together, drummer Jacob Faber’s basement in Long Island. They then laid the whole she-bang down in seven days in Brooklyn with producer Matt Molnar (Friends), working on the same pace of creation as God him or herself.

Human Ceremony is teased by “Wall Watcher,” a driving, ripping staple of Sunflower Bean’s live sets now brought to glorious studio realization. Give it a stream and check out all of the pertinent details on Human Ceremony below.
