LDRAsbury Park’s most prominent Independent music imprint, Little Dickman Records, has announced a label showcase at Asbury Lanes scheduled for June 27th.

The all ages event will feature such locale luminaries as The Battery Electric and Hot Blood, while New York City imports and favorites of the scene The Vansaders will also perform.

Headlining the bill will be buzzed about Brooklyn punks Dirty Fences, whose 2013 LP Too High Too Kross shares a direct blood-line with the sweat-drenched testosterone-rock of Iggy & The Stooges, while drawing from the the sonic carnage provided by Eagles Of Death Metal and the likes.

“…Dirty Fences’ grimy punk revival feels like a breath of fresh air in a foggy genre,” published Consequence Of Sound in their 2013 review. “In fact, give ‘em time and they might wind up as neighbors to the likes of FIDLAR.”

High praise indeed…stream Dirty Fences’ Too High Too Kross and be sure to check out them out live on the 27th when Little Dickman Records blows the roof off Asbury’s premiere 10-pin pent house and punk haven.

Doors for the event open at 8 p.m. with a cover of $10 to be paid upon entrance.
