Last Saturday, the good people over at Sniffling Indie Kids and Mint 400 Records collaborated to bring the inaugural North Jersey Indie Rock Festival to Cathedral Hall in Jersey City, NJ. The day long mega-fest featured twenty bands from across the rosters of the two labels with twenty-minute sets running one after the other in the upstairs church and downstairs community center.
All in all, it was a beautifully run indie fest going off without any real hitches. Kudos to SIK and Mint 400 for putting The North Jersey Indie Rock Festival and to all of the bands and fellow media sponsors who made the day so much fun.
SIMGE staff photographer Mike Petzinger joined me all day to capture all of the festivities. Check out his shots of The North Jersey Indie Rock Festival below and be sure to support Sniffling Indie Kids here and Mint 400 Records here.
