Major League

Mantua, NJ pop- punk outfit Major League released a new video yesterday for their single “Homewrecker”. The track is taken from their recent LP Hard Feelings, the product of a new partnership between the band and No Sleep Records.

Major League resurrects the raw skate rock sound of bands like Lagwagon and Ten Foot Pole while adding a sharp modern edge. Their relentless touring has amassed a huge homegrown fan base of alt-rock lovers from all arenas. The group’s next performance will be on June 13th at The Loft in Poughkeepsie, New York.

The video for the single “Homewrecker” is refreshingly home grown as well. It’s a remarkably simple work, focusing for the most part on the tight rock ‘n roll cohesion of the five band mates. There is more then enough angst to go around though, and as the video unfolds the specific brand of heartache being grappled with becomes clear.

Check out the video below and stay tuned for more great music from Major League.
