To kick off their upcoming US tour, Wrexham, UK’s Neck Deep and Chicago’s Knuckle Puck have announced the release of an exlcusive  7″ split. The new album is being touted by both Bad Timing and Hopeless Records in a limited run of only 1,000 copies. It drops on February 25, three days before the two bands begin their North American run at The Subterranean in Chicago.

Side A of the split has two tracks off Neck Deep’s latest LP, Wishful Thinking, and Side B has two brand-new songs written by Knuckle Puck for the release. One of those Knuckle Puck tracks, “Gold Rush”, was posted a few days back on YouTube for early listening enjoyment. It’s a tight tune, full of solid guitar harmonies and powerful vocals that never lose their edge. If the rest of the split is anything like “Gold Rush,” it promises to be a one-of-kind pop-punk experience.

To pre-order the split, visit Bad Timing Records or Banquet Records online. Only 500 copies are available for pre-order though- the rest will be sold on tour by the bands. Be on the lookout for the two groups on March 31st, when their tour path takes them to Game Changer World in Howell, NJ. To order tickets for any of the shows just head on over to the Neck Deep website, and enjoy the latest single from Knuckle Puck right here at SIMGE.
