New York’s Luke Elliot Recalls Bob Dylan & Rolling Stones On Single “Virginia”…Prepping LP Provisions

Hailing from New York City, Luke Elliot writes and performs music that has the same nostalgia of going through your parents’ record collection and finding long-forgotten treasures. It seems almost hard to believe that Elliot’s words and melodies are put out in the same age that auto-tune permeates every hit on the radio, and almost anyone can have a recording studio. His songs are flecked with inspirations from blues and rockabilly while still maintaining that pure rock feel. “Virginia” off Elliot’s sophomore effort Provisions, is a jangly tune that in fun and simple while bringing back wisps of Bob Dylan and even The Rolling Stones.

Luke Elliot’s “Provisions” EP is due out May 6th and he has a few upcoming local shows which you can check out below.
