Owel, France, Victor Shores, & Meet Pause Rocked A New Brunswick Basement

Continuing in the proud, sweaty, stale-beer-on-the-floor tradition that is the New Brunswick DIY basement scene, an un-identified, illuminated venue hosted a great Thursday night of music featuring NJ up and comers Owel, France, and Meet Pause with Victor Shores hailing all the way from North Dakota.

France sampled some of the work of their most recent EP, while Owel closed out the night with their own orchestral spin on The Black Keys’ “Everlasting Light” and their own outstanding track “Snowglobe“.

SIMGE was there to capture the whole she-bang with a camera in one hand and a cheap Budweiser 40 oz in the other. Check out all the freaky fun below.
