Not too long after its initial release, artist Peter Katz returned to his debut LP as Peaer, the eyes sink into the skull, to breathe new life into a collection of songs that were originally recorded in a true DIY/lo-fi fashion. What was originally intended to be a one year anniversary celebration reissue turned into four with Peaer now gearing up to release the album and a companion, the hands and feet turn blue, featuring remixes and live sessions. Speak Into My Good Eye is happy to bring the premiere of “left/felt pt 2″ today.

The track, as you can ascertain from its title, serves as an update on the eyes sink into the skull‘s “left/felt” as Katz pulls you in with an intimate, hushed guitar line building towards cathartic swells of waves crashing squalls.

“I’m really happy to properly re-introduce this album, along with some new material, reimagined material, and forgotten material,” shares Katz. “This recording includes a re-recorded version of the song ‘left/felt’ that includes a brand new portion of music, one that was written virtually one year after the original song was written and recorded.”

Stream Peaer’s “left/felt pt 2″ and look for the eyes sink into the skull and the hands and feet turn blue out digitally and physically March 18th via Citrus City Records.
