Zoo Keys

It’s rare that we are introduced to South-Western NJ based artists, but it’s always a pleasure to embrace, explore, and highlight all of the amazing artists working in the Garden State. Today I’m happy to introduce Delran’s own Zoo Keys, the project of multi-instrumentalist Joshua Holland. The artist comes well traveled in terms of band history having formerly served in Five Cents To Andy, Steadfast & Tenfold, The Fahrenheit Atlantic, and The First United Bank Of Skank while currently active in Knuckle Puck Time and Radagast.

Zoo Keys finds Holland blending and putting his own stamp on a variety of influences, the first product of which comes in the form of single “Trudgin’ On”. The track rides like a wistful, romanticized, NJ drive contemplating past loves. Jangly chords set up an ever present, winding, searing solo guitar as Holland’s wearied, distant croon serves as the intermediary between the two.

Stream Zoo Keys’ “Trudgin’ On” below and keep a good eye out for more here.
