SIMGE Presents: Watch The Menzingers Get Wild At Asbury Lanes

Earlier this month Philadelphia Punk-Rockers The Menzingers, who came in at No. 2 on SIMGE’s Top Releases of 2012 list for On The Impossible Past, capped off U.S. tour, that inlcuded Fake Problems, Restorations, and Captain We’re Sinking, with a final date at the band’s “favorite venue in the world” to play, Asbury Lanes.

The Menzingers rolled through an 18-song set that saw the performance of such fan favorites “The Obituaries”, “I Can’t Seem To Tell”, and “Nice Things”, as well as an encore of “Are You There Margaret? It’s Me God”, “Casey”, and a rendition of Smashing Pumpkins “Bullet With Butterfly Wings”.

The SIMGE Presents crew was on hand to document the evening for our inaugural film production featuring The Mezningers’ “Gates”, “I Was Born”, and “Irish Goodbyes”.  Stream the video below and let us know what you think.
