Back in September, NJ-based rockers NGHTCRWLRS played one of the more ferocious and flat out fun sets at the inaugural North Jersey Indie Rock Festival. The palpable natural chemistry between Frank DeFranco (guitar/vox), Brian Goglia (bass/vox), Eric Goldberg (guitar, vox) and Max Rauch (drums, vox) is exuded through their fiery mix of all things rad rock with a social/political consciousness.

Now, NGHTCRWLRS share their 2nd LP, Raging Hot, which finds the band translating all of the above with ebbs of hard-charging riffage and flows of more angular instrumentation.

NGHTCRWRLS, in their own words:

Raging Hot was written by four gentlemen from New Jersey who are deeply in love with music but completely frustrated by the mundane realities of modern life and use those emotions to create something fun,” they say of the record. “We are one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. Treat your neighbor as you would yourself because underneath the false senses of our humanity, the reality is that we are the same.

Many days may be rough, that’s something we all experience together. Be yourself and try to concentrate on the positive things in your life. Take a step back every now and then and just soak it in and enjoy it.”

Be sure to stream/purchase NGHTCRWLRS’ Raging Hot below and support their label, one of our favorites, Sniffling Indie Kids in all of their endeavors here.
