Mount Sharp

Loyal SIMGE readers will recall our fondness for Brooklyn indie-rock trio Mount Sharp. Following their initial output as a band back in May 2013, Sarah Wood (aka Swood), Bryan Bruchman, and Ryan Zumsen started the slow build towards their new EP.

The Weird Fears EP just dropped a few weeks ago with CoolDad Music stating the record is, “a collection of quirky, well-crafted pop songs bathed in most of the sounds that I always find so very appealing.”

Following a record release show at Pianos, Mount Sharp are headed down to NJ on September 26th for a show at Asbury Lanes with Owel, Hey Anna, and Estella. We had Sarah, Bryan, and Ryan take the SIMGE Survey in advance of the big gig, which you can read below along with a stream of Weird Fears.

Check out their responses and be sure to head out to the Lanes this Friday, September 26th.
