Over the past four years New Jersey’s own Jack Skuller has developed into one of the Garden State’s most buzzed-about singer-songwriters on the back of a 2010 debut single titled “Love Is A Drum”, which dropped on Bar None Records and garnered the attention of Radio Disney, who presented a 14-date U.S. tour for the then 14-year old.

Now at the ripe age of 18, Skuller is the 2014 recipient of the Holly Prize – an award granted by the Songwriters Hall of Fame as a tribute to the legacy of Buddy Holly – and set to resurface with a new single dubbed “Can You See Me”.

Skuller’s latest composition – which was produced by the Grammy-nominated Joel Hamilton (Pretty Lights, the Black Keys, Tom Waits) – is scheduled for a November 4th unveiling via the New Jersey based Mint 400 Records and you can stream the blues-infused cut below.

However, before you do, get to know Skuller better by viewing his SIMGE Survey, and be sure to the burgeoning songsmith live when he hits The Bowery Electric on November 8th.
