Stream: Arenal – Processional

Back towards the end of 2015, we had NJ-based artist Arenal give us his top songs of the year. Since then, Arenal (real name Adam Reck) has popped up with some remix work while working on his latest collection of originals, Processional.

As you may notice, SIMGE doesn’t dip its toe into the minimal techno/ambient world really ever, but I’ve been coming back to Processional since it first dropped back in mid-December. Named after the Volcano in Costa Rica, Arenal explores and evokes the lush, disparate landscapes of nature with electronic sounds.

Processional is a complete thought by a brilliant, unheralded artist that continues to reveal itself to you with each new listen. It’s the definition of mind and soul-enriching music as Arenal weaves a seamless sonic narrative taking you down a new waterfall or down a dark cave with each track switch.

The next time you go on a hike, long drive to nowhere or just need to focus up while reading or writing, Arenal is here as the perfect companion. Stream Processional below and be sure to buy your copy here. With warmer weather on the way, you’ll wear your digital copy out.
