Online indie radio mainstay and band breaker The Penguin will commemorate six years of excellence with and equally as excellent lineup set to light up the stage at their upcoming party at The Saint on June 4th.

In a piece by New Jersey Stage, station founder Gary Wein shared:

“We’re ecstatic to have such great artists for this show,” said Wien, Program Director for The Penguin. “Kyle Adem’s last release came in at number two on our list of Top 70 releases for 2012, and Arlan Feiles came in at number three. Meanwhile, The Sunday Blues will release one of the most eagerly anticipated albums of the year this summer, and George Wirth is a true legend. Throw in a rare appearance from Old Folks Home, a very cool pop/rock band from Winnipeg, and you’ve got an amazing lineup!”

Doors will open at 7pm, with an easy to remember $7 cover charge. In addition, there will be CD giveaways from ThePenguinRocks.com and drawings for free advertising from NewJerseyStage.com throughout the evening. Head over to the Facebook Event to RSVP now!
