Titus Andronicus And Screaming Females Set To Play The Pony With Diarrhea Planet On Sunday

On Sunday evening the Glen-Rock, NJ Indie-Punk collective that captivated the music listening world with its 2010 sophomore full-length release, The Monitor, Titus Andronicus will return to the Boardwalk for the first time since ripping the pad locks off the Asbury Park Casino a little more than one year ago (February 20th 2011) to film a riotous segment for its latest  Tom Scharpling-filmed “No Future Part Three: Escape From No Future” music video…featuring your’s truly at 1:40 with the blue NJ hat on:

Dubbed the Screaming On Planet Titus Tour, this eight-date romp kicks off within our musical hub by the sea’s most hallowed house of tunes and will feature Titus Andronicus’ fellow New Brunswick basement dweller turned globe trotting Punk-Rock juggernaut Screaming Females, who also gained international recognition with a 2010 record titled Castle Talk, and will be releasing its fifth full-length collection, Ugly, on April 3rd.

Joining the Garden State’s new guard of underground Punk will be the Nashville, TN-based Diarrhea Planet, a regular performer at illicit Hub City shows held one story below the crust.

Doors open at 7 p.m. with a ticket charge of $20 to be paid upon entrance.  The music starts at 8 p.m.  THIS IS NOT ONE TO BE MISSED!!!!
