Watch: Laura Stevenson Unveils “Jellyfish” Video…New Jeff Rosenstock-produced LP Out On Don Giovanni Records

StevensonFolk-Punk turned Folk-Rocker turned Pop-Punker Laura Stevenson returned with her anticipated Don Giovanni Records full-length release, Cocksure, on Oct. 30th and in celebratory fashion dropped an enchanting new video for the single “Jellyfish”.

A song that uses the physical appearance of the aforementioned sea creature as a metaphor for one’s abrasive actions and unhealthy state of mind takes a pretty literal depiction in this musical picture show, as Stevenson and her band take turns rocking out in front of a green screen with, you guessed it, jellyfish floating behind them.

But it’s obviously the pop-rock anthem that takes center stage in this display, and rightfully so, as “Jellyfish” is one of an entire album’s worth of material that will ignite your local rock haunt and dance halls in the very near future.

Stream the video below, order the Jeff Rosenstock-produced Cocksure here, and be sure to catch Laura Stevenson live on her national tour, which rolls through Philadelphia on Nov. 18th and New York City on Nov. 21st (dates below).
