Last year, Montclair-based art-rockers The Porchistas dropped their latest full length opus, Shoot it at the Sun. Since then, the band has been gigging hard collaborating with friends in Accidental Seabirds, Thomas Wesley Stern and more NJ luminaries.

The Porchistas’ adopted live home base of operations, Tierney’s Tavern, also saw plenty of performances since the LP drop, with a Halloween bash appropriately serving as the formal record release party in 2014.

From that show, the band now shares the trippy surf-rock freak out, “Space Balls,” shot in a glorious 360 degree style. Check out The Porchistas, featuring The Defending Champions horn section and Matt C. Brown (Homeless Apians) and Kelly Henneberry on dance and vox, rocking at Tierney’s below.
