Favorite albums of 2014 from the members of Roulette: (No specific order)

The Pretty Reckless – Going To Hell

The no BS gritty, rock and roll sound of The Pretty Reckless is exactly what we need in a world of auto tuned synth saturated garbage.

Judas Priest – Redeemer of Souls

…It’s Judas Priest….how do you not love Judas Priest? Priest IS the definition of METAL.

Slipknot – .5: The Gray Chapter

Insanely good return album for Slipknot after the 6 year gap from All Hope Is Gone. Glad to see them back in action after losing Paul and after the departure of Joey.

Periphery – Clear (EP)

The fact that each song was written by different members and is still tied together by a single melody is completely mind blowing. Totally inspirational!

Arch Enemy – War Eternal

The whole LP “screams” back to the classical era with all the baroque style guitar licks, riffs and solos. Not to mention Alissa White-Gluz makes an awesome new front woman for the band!

Godsmack – 1000hp

This was a great way for the band to return to the music world. It is a well balanced album with catchy instrumental parts and lyrical content that addresses a different topic in each song.

Steel Panther – All You Can Eat

Hilarious.

Slash with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators – World On Fire

Classic Slash riffs and Myles Kennedy’s vocals compliment the instrumentals perfectly.
